UPDATE to the UPDATE: As I just found out, if the free Universe 1.0 plugins are uninstalled, they completely disappear from the RG Link and there is no option to reinstall them.
UPDATE: In the Red Giant Link under Your Tools, the free plugins do appear, and it does seem that they can be uninstalled and reinstalled from the drop down box next to Your Tools - so that is good. Universe is now only available as a subscription for $99/yr or $20/mnth. While the free FX still work in VP13, I'm not likely to use them any more because there's now no way to reinstall them if a reinstall becomes necessary for any reason. It's also gone from the latest Red Giant Link. The Free option has disappeared from RG's Universe product page as well as from 'Your Products' under My Account. Red Giant seems to no longer offer the Universe Free plugins with the recent release of Universe 2.0.
